iCareFix shares pricing and approval details before starting chargeable repair work. If a customer decides not to proceed after inspection, any diagnostic or visit charge, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
Once a customer approves a repair and a special-order part is arranged or installation has started, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited. This is especially important for model-specific screens, batteries, and board parts.
If a repair cannot be completed for technical reasons after approval, iCareFix will explain the next options, which may include partial service charges, alternate repair recommendations, or refund decisions depending on the work already performed.
Refund timelines and methods may vary by payment mode. Customers should keep service invoices and communication records for faster support.
